This a humble hommage to Vera Hall.

Vera Hall is a wonderful singer. I read somewhere that the famous folklorist John Lomax thought that Vera Hall had “the loveliest voice he had ever recorded”.

But it’s not just the lovely voice that makes Very Hall such a wonderful singer. She has such an amazing groove and rhythm and the way she pours emotion into every note and every word in such an effortless sounding way is very inspiring and moving.
