Blind Willie Johnson is one of my absolute favorite musicians. His groove, his sound and his beautiful songs has a haunting quality that I find to be very moving. Just listen to his song “Dark Was the Night, Cold Was the Ground” from 1927.

With this Interpretation of Blind Willie Johnsons beautiful song I hope that these troublesome times soon will be over and that sorrow will have an end. Enjoy and take care.
